Enterprise AI
Enterprise AI succeeds when it improves a real decision, respects human authority, and can be verified without hype. This section documents the public methods and tools that reflect that operating model.

Operating principles
Evidence before implementation
Organizations often commit to a model, vendor, or agent framework before they have clarified the business decision, required data, accountable owner, failure consequences, or evidence needed to justify the investment. The diagnostic kit reverses that sequence.
Human authority where consequences matter
AI can analyze, organize, recommend, and execute authorized actions. Consequential decisions remain explicitly human unless a bounded, reviewed control says otherwise.
Public proof without private exposure
Public repositories provide reusable tools, sanitized patterns, and technical examples. They do not expose confidential implementation details, private operating records, client information, or employer-confidential material.
